Made with pure spring water naturally filtered through ancient glacial moraines. Water filtered by rock and sand. The golden Finnish barley is nourished for 72 continuous days and nights under the unsetting midnight sun. Barley that grows in soil awakened from the forbidding Arctic winter. The local Finnish barley creates a mash that undergoes more than 200 distillation steps, for more than 50 hours overseen by master distillers before water from the Rajamaki glacial spring is added. This water is naturally filtered through moraine, left behind by the glacier thousands of years ago. ”
