Woodford Reserve is a complex yet perfectly balanced Kentucky Straight Bourbon, comprised of more than 200 detectable flavour notes. It is unique, in that they use 18% rye in the mash which lends spicier tones to the spirit. It also differs from other Bourbons as it is triple distilled and includes a portion of pot still whiskey.
Woodford Reserve is inspired by bourbon’s history. The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, in 1812.
