This Single Grain bottling consists of unique hand selected ex-california cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which impart a distinctive red berry and delicate spice character.
On the nose it has a spice and fruit aroma with an underlying sweetness.
On the palate there is a strong spice at first which evolves into red berries and then a dry tannin at the end.
